DREC Construction Services, an ADU contractor and homebuilder in Southern California, has over 25 years of experience. ADUs were built in Southern California long before that term was ever used. They are often called garage conversions, mother in-law houses, granny flats, or mother-in-law homes. We are a Design-Build company and can handle the entire process. This includes the design, permits, construction, and final approval by the city. We can also step in if already using an accessory dwelling contractor.
