I scheduled an online quote for gutter cleaning in June 2022 and accepted their quote. It took them until August 6th to get a technician to commit but then they canceled and rescheduled for August 20th then they canceled and rescheduled for August 27th then canceled and attempted a reschedule. Really?? This is THE WORST customer service. How do you offer a quote for an area where you only have one unprofessional, unreliable technician??? Why do they even do business with that technician?
